Mrs. Folgerson

Mrs. Folgerson show us a lot of resorces to find the information that you are looking for in books. She show us the pages were we can go and look for the books easier. We also learn how to select the books that we like and than save it on  our folder. The britannica online help us find the things that we are looking for faster and esier. On the Britannica is not like the internet that you dont know if the information that you find is true or not because the Britnnica never lies.

Every time I see people helping others I always think about the nurses. Even thought people think been a nurse is easy is not because you need to deal with a lot of stuff. Nurses are almost all the time in the hospital helping people and dealing with sick people. Nurses don't care if the person they are helping is poor or rich they give their help with all their heart. Since I was little I always liked to help the people that was sick. I really want to be a nurse and work on hospitals. Once my sister got injured on riding the bike and since that day I want it to help her get better how a nurse does with a patients.

On my SMART goal I have improve a lot because on my science class I put attention and focus on what it haves to be in the mediacl field. I also stay for tutoring if I dont understand the work of I havent finish the work that needs to be done. On what I think I need to improve still is to practice home for the test we are going to have on science class. Science I stay for tutoring I have been able to understand the science material more. I hope I could keep improving on my science class because I really want to be a nurse and not only to be a nurse I want to be the best nurse El Paso could ever had.=))

Yessica- The problem is  the perimeter of a triangle is 400 cm. The length is 20cm greater than the width. What is the width???
Yareth- Well even though this problem looks hard It's N0t......
Yessica- Yes you are right...You can solve this problem in five seconds
Yareth-We know that the whole perimeter equals 400 cm.

• Yessica-What we did we made it shorter and simpler.
• So you divide 400 by 4.
• once you have divided your answer is 100  
•  So by that you know all the sides are 100 because a rectangle has all its sides the same.
•  So for the width you add 20 centimeters because in the equation it says the width is 20 centimeters more.
• So your final answer should be 120 for the width ....For the length you will have to subtract 20 now from 100 because it was 16  centimeters less than the width... Your final answer for the length should be 80. That wasn't so hard was it ???

*The length of width was 20 centimeters more than the measure

of the length.

*The width of the rectangle was 20 centimeters less than the length.

*Than you divide 400 by 4.

*The number you get which is hundred for the width you add 20 centimeters to the hundred centimeters and that would be your width.

*For the lenght you subtract 20 from the number you got which was 100.

-The goal that I want in the future is to become a nurse or be a news reporter.

-If I want to be a nurse I need to start putting more attention on science class.

-If I want that my goal could happen I need to measure my grade on science and see if being a nurse is good for me when I don't like science.

-To complete my goal I have to take some action on science because I really don't get it.

-If I don't really get science so maybe I would need to change of career.

-MY goal would also be to go to tutoring to improve on science and I would start going next year so that I would not forget.

*My SMART goal is to be a nurse, I know that Im not good at science but I really want to be a nurse. Because I really want to be a nurse I need to start going to science tutoring. Scence Im a sophmore I would start going to tutoring next year that I would really know if science and me get along. When I become a Junior I would measure my scores from the past year and that year to see if Im improving on science.
